V-Scaps for your shoulder blades!

Well, Cat, our Senior Myotherapist shows how even the busiest people can help improve their shoulder blade control and reduce their pain with this super simple exercise.
V-Scaps: Bring the lower tip of your shoulder blades down and towards your midline (whilst keeping your spine long and tall). Hold for 3-5 sec and repeat 5-10 times.
This is a great one to do in the car at a red light 🙂
