Warringine Park
Level: Easy
Warringine Park
The boardwalk through the wetlands is beautiful. I highly recommend doing this walk early to catch the sunrise over the wetlands!!
Kananook Creek Track
Level: Easy
Kananook Creek Track
There are lots of great coffee shops to detour into on this walk or a great magpie-free zone to run in spring! Beautiful at the moment with all the natives starting to flower.
Moorooduc Quarry Reserve
Level: Moderate
Moorooduc Quarry Reserve
The Quarry was my main source of fitness when gyms were closed! The stairs will get your heart rate up in whichever direction you do the loop. There’s also the park on the other side of Two Bays road for a flatter walk
Sweet Water Creek
Level: Moderate
Sweet Water Creek
Sweet Water Creek feels super secluded and is beautiful at every point. There’s a fair few stairs in there so you can work a sweat up if moving quick, or take your time and it’s pretty chill. This is the best time of year to get in there as all the lilies are blooming.
Arthurs Seat
Level: Hard
Arthurs Seat
The views the whole way up this track are phenomenal. The gravel track going up Arthurs Seat is reasonably steep with some stairs throughout but the views over the bay make it all worth it. Once up the top, you can do the Arthurs Seat Circuit in either direction, checking out the Northern Lookout, Bay Lookout and Seawind Gardens.
Cape Schanck to Bushrangers Bay
Level: Hard
Cape Schanck to Bushrangers Bay
A Mornington Peninsula staple!! This is popular for a reason. The walk down to Bush Rangers Bay has a good stair section but the beach is great at the bottom. At the Cape Schank Lighthouse, be sure to walk down to pebble beach and explore. If you don’t feel like doing the whole walk, you can just do the Bushrangers Bay walk and then drive to Cape Schanck Lighthouse.
