Group Fitness & Personal Training
at Physio + Fitness Clinic
Our wonderful Personal Trainer Shara Brown offers Group PT sessions in our training space at the clinic throughout the week.
Each session has a maximum of 8 participants, which means you are guaranteed to get the best out of your workout. Whether you are a gym junkie, or returning to exercise after a long period of time, we guarantee Shara will tailor the session to your needs.
Each session runs for 45 minutes and features a range of cardio, strength & conditioning and running components.
Group PT Timetable
Monday: 6am, 7.30pm
Tuesday: 6am, 9.30am, 6.30pm
Thursday: 6am, 9.30am, 7.30pm
(The Friday 6am session is most suited to over 50’s, or those returning to exercise after a long period of time)
5 sessions for $50
10 sessions for $180
Unlimited sessions $160/month
Pay per session $30
