Linda Novosad

 

Linda is a highly experienced Advanced Diploma qualified yoga instructor who has practiced yoga since 2005. Featured in two leading health and wellness magazines Linda’s training and experience has influenced the creative sequences and a strong personal approach to teaching.

Believing that yoga has a place for everyone, Linda will assist and guide you through a mindful yoga practice suited to your capabilities, as well as meditation and breathing exercises. Safety and comfort are paramount to help students experience the many benefits of a balanced yoga practice with a strong emphasis placed on healthy alignment and attuning to body wisdom.
